Tiger Woods Is Now Ranked 220 At The Official World Ranking
Tiger Woods is not having the best of years by any means. In fact, it would be right to state that Tiger Woods has had a horrible year so far. His game on the course has been on a continuous downfall and this has actually been seen on his game on every tournament that he enters.
The official world ranking confirmed what many people knew and that is the fact that his game is not getting any better. With the likes of Bubba and Spieth celebrating after seeing their names make significance gain on the golf’s official world rankings, Woods fell to position 220. The lowest here is ever been this year. In fact the last time that Wood’s was this far down was back in 1996 on September the 21st. Other notable golfers who are with Tiger at the very bottom side of the official world rankings are Thaworn Wiratchant from Thailand and Kazuhiro Yamahsita.
Tiger Woods will be looking to bounce back at the Greenbrier Classic this Thursday especially after having what was without a doubt one of the worst performances that he has made ever since he went Pro. Tiger shot 85 in the third round and as a result, he ended up finishing in the last place.
Other notable names in the list include Rory McIlroy who regained his number one spot, Bubba Watson who ended up reclaiming his third position, Henrik Stenson, who came in at 6, Justin Rose who came in at 7 and Sergio Garcia who was ranked 10th.
