Jason Day has successful year in 2015

Jason Day is an Australian professional golfer and PGA Tour member. His greatest achievement was breaking the record of the World’s Top ten golfers in June, 2011. Due to his achievement, he is the USA runner-up and is in ninth place. In addition to this, in February, 2014, Jason Day won the WGC Accenture Match Play Championship. Furthermore, he won the major tournament of PGA Championship, 2015 with the superb scoring achievement of 20 strokes under par. which propelled him to number three among the world’s best golfers. As of September, 2015, Jason Day reached to the #1 position in the World Golf Ranking. The Australian stormed to the No.1 place after winning the BMW Championship by 6 shots in Illinois this past weekend. For what was his fourth event win since July. 2015 as well as 5th of the season, Day received 1.49 million in prize money to make his complete winnings for 2015 amount to 9.2 million. In the last 20 years, only Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh have won as many titles in a single season. Day remains at the top with 6,680 factors, Jordon Spieth with 4,392, and Ricky Fowler with 3,958. It is expected by golfers and fans of golf that Jason Day will be a winner in Atlanta, Georgia and will be the recipient of a large reward. Failing that, a new champion would certainly have to depend on Day stumbling. He is considered the 6th greatest major champion golfer of all time.
