Colin Montgomerie & Bernhard Langer Set To Battle It Out At Hot U.S. Senior Open

With the U.S. Senior Open just around the corner there are many things that we can look forward to. For instance how will the players be able to cop up with the hot temperatures that are bound to be throughout the event. According to the weather man, Thursday and Friday are going to have a triple digit temperature thus guaranteeing that the players will have to battle with a scotching heat. 

But don’t be fooled, no is afraid of the heat despite their ages as Tom Watson, 65, puts it. “We ld guys are not afraid of the heat like young people, we actually like it. We like it really hot as this will keep our bones as well as other very loose,” he said.

In addition to the heat as well as other hot features that are bound to make the U.S. Senior Open Championship, another reason that you should attend or make sure that you see the U.S. Senior Open on television is the battle between Langer & Monty. Over the years the two, Colin Montgomerie and Bernhard Langer, have given us great competition and it’s only fitting that they get to battle it out at what is without a doubt the best tournament for Seniors.

Monty is the defending champion and he would looking at seeing off challenges from Langer as all the senior golfers all converge at the Del Paso Country Club.
