Billy Horschel Dominates The Game Of Golf Despite The Injuries To His Wrist
As a professional golfer in the US, William John Horschel, is an active player for the PGA Tour. He was born in 1986 in Florida. He played many games at the local and state level. He passed out from the University of California in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in sports management. He went on to play and win several tournaments representing the US.
Horschel took up golf as a profession in 2009. December 2009 sailed through the qualifying tournament for the 2010 PGA Tour, but an injury in his wrist saw his not winning any of the games he played that year.
Horschel married in 2010 a lady he came across during his junior golf. In 2014, they became the proud parents of a baby girl, Skylar Lillian. This marked Horschel's victory in the FedEx Cup. But Horschel claims his daughter's arrival to be the biggest victory of his life.
Horschel's golfing career began when he tried to conquer a pond in his backyard with a golf-ball. His father promised to take him to a professional golf course if he managed to drive several balls across the pond. Young Horschel did his best to do the needful, and in the end, accompanies his father to the golf-course.
Things began to take a bright color for Horschel in 2013 which saw to his first win as a professional in Zurich Classic. He became a part of US Open from then on. September 2014 saw him winning two tournaments, BMW Championships and The Tour Championship.
